If you are a Member, you can apply for a Loan from our Community.

Any Currency

Members borrow in any currency, anywhere (subject to conditions).

Helping Underbanked Members

We prioritise loans to Members in underbanked communities to promote financial inclusion and improve our Members’ way of life.Current Interest Rate 8.75%

Our current interest rate for borrowers is 8.75% pa.

Maximum Loan

Maximum loan amount is €500,000 (or equivalent local currency).

Security

You must offer property as security for your loan.

Security Value

You can borrow up to 50% of the value of your secured property.

Loan and Security Documentation

Members will be required to sign a loan agreement and security documentation prepared by a local settlement agent.

Conditions apply to our Community Loan Program, including eligibility restrictions in some countries. These are set out in our Community Rules.
