# Our story **How We Started** Our story began in October 2017 when our Community was created to deliver better solutions for sending money on social media. **Decentralised Community** We are a decentralised Community. Our Members come from all around the world. We join together to contribute our skills and talents to make our Community work globally. **TIG** In December 2017 our Community created a new digital currency called TIG. During 2018 we developed innovative new technical infrastructure for our Community Members to create accounts and send money using TIG. We launched our BETA version on 21 September 2018, and we are currently testing BETA with Members. We released BETA2 in March 2019. We released BETA3 in October 2019. **Feedback** As we develop and improve our Community Platform, please be sure to give us your feedback via our Telegram chat group. If you have skills to contribute to our Community, please let us know. We’d love to hear from you.
