Standard Terms – TIG Cash App

Please read these Standard Terms carefully as they contain important information about Members’ legal rights, remedies, and obligations when they Interact on the TIG Cash App to Deposit and Withdraw cash. These Standard Terms constitute a direct contract between Members. 1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 If you see an undefined term in these Standard Terms, it has the same definition as in our Community Rules (available on our website www.hellotig.com).
1.2 When these Standard Terms mention “Community,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the TIG Community, of which you are a Member, which uses our Community Platform to access their Digital Currencies on the Blockchain.
1.3 “Digital Currency” in these Standard Terms means the Digital Currency specified by Members in the TIG Cash App when they Interact. 2. APPLICATION OF STANDARD TERMS
2.1. These Standard Terms apply when you Interact with a Member using the TIG Cash App.
You acknowledge and agree that this is a direct contract between you and the Member who you choose to Interact with when you use the TIG Cash App. 5. LOCAL LAWS
Local laws and regulations may apply to your Interaction. It is your sole responsibility to be informed about your local rules and regulations and abide by them. 6. DEPOSITING CASH
When you deposit cash with a Member using the TIG Cash App, you agree to pay the Member for the Digital Currency which they provide, and the Member agrees to transfer the Digital Currency to you. 7. WITHDRAWING CASH
When you Withdraw cash with a Member using the TIG Cash App, you agree to transfer Digital Currency to the Member and the Member agrees to pay you cash for the Digital Currency. 8. NON-REVERSIBLE
You agree that your Interaction is non-reversible and cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed on the TIG Cash App. 9. FEES
9.1 All Interactions on our TIG Cash App are free.
9.2 Members may seek to charge a fee to other Members for Interacting with them using the TIG Cash App. Any agreement between Members about fees is an ancillary agreement between those Members and stands outside these Standard Terms. 10. REFUSAL TO INTERACT
Without prejudice to any other remedies available to our Community under our Community Rules or applicable law, a Member may refuse to Interact with you if they believe that you are in breach of our Community Rules, our Policies, any local laws, or any third-party rights. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY YOUR LOCAL LAWS, YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MEMBERS WHO INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER USING THE TIG CASH APP BE LIABLE TO EACH OTHER OR ANYONE ELSE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF FUNDS, REVENUES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM THEIR USE OF THE TIG CASH APP OR OUR COMMUNITY PLATFORM. 12. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by your local laws, Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each other, our Community, our Community Platform, other Members, Community Partners and any other third-party service providers to our Community, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and any fines, fees or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of or related to your breach of or non-performance of our Community Rules or these Standard Terms. 13. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law in the jurisdiction of Members where the TIG Cash App is used. You agree to submit all disputes, claims or controversies (including non-contractual disputes, claims or controversies) between you and another Member arising out of or in connection with your Interaction using the TIG Cash App to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction where you used the TIG Cash App. 14. COMMUNITY SUPPORT
In the event you have any concerns or questions in relation to your Interaction with a Member or your use of our Community Platform, please contact TIG Help on [email protected] Please note that TIG Help will not get involved in disputes about ancillary fee agreements between Members.
